Browsing data– The information systems and software procedures for the functioning of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operations, certain personal data implicitly transmitted when Internet communication protocols are used.   This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used to visit the website, the URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the visitor’s operating system and the IT environment.   These data, connected to the IP address, with the last three digits anonymised, are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to verify its proper functioning. The legal basis of the processing consists of: 1) The carrying out of a tasks of public interest and the exercising of public powers by the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 6. 1 lett. e) of the Regulation, for its own institutional purposes – the carrying out of a task of public interest and the exercising of public powers by the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 6.1 lett. e) of the Regulation, to verify the safety and protection of its systems and of the website and to manage any disputes or controversies on products and services pursuant to art. 51 paragraphs 2, 2 ter and 2 quater of the CAD (Legislative Decree no. 82 of 7 March 2005)


Except in the event of additional retention for legal disputes and defensive needs, the data processed are stored: – for the purposes of point 1, for the amount of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and nonetheless in the terms provided for by legal obligations. – for the purposes of safety and protection of the information systems and of the website for a year from when they are collected.
The processed data shall be exclusively communicated to DMO Lazio Meridionale, appointed as Data Processor pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation, as well as to any additional processors possibly appointed. While browsing it is possible to use links of external websites with their own policy on data processing. The data may be communicated to third parties exclusively in fulfilment of any obligations of law and shall not be shared in any way.


Personal data shall be processed in automatic and manual methods within the European Economic Area. In the event that cloud systems are used, systems which comply with Chapter V of the GDPR on the transfer of data outside the European Community shall be chosen.
